You’ve spent your life being a "delight" to others—an expert at reading the room and keeping the peace.
From the outside, you’re the self-aware, grounded one no one ever had to worry about. But it doesn't feel that way when you’re carrying the unseen weight of everyone else's emotional labor.
Maybe you’re:
-

ATTACHMENT & SECURITY
We explore how early relationships shaped your patterns—and how to build greater felt security, ease, and confidence. Together, we work to untangle the anxious-avoidant loop and create a stable foundation for your life and connections today.
-

INTIMACY & CONNECTION
Therapy is a shared journey. I provide a shame-free, sex-positive space to explore relational intimacy and desire. With deep curiosity, we work to build authentic connections where you can be seen and known without the 'emotional hangover'.

SOMATIC GROUNDING
Supporting recovery from CPTSD and the fawn response. My background in yoga and nervous system regulation informs a steady, body-based approach. We use somatic tools to help you feel grounded and present in your own skin.
Your body is trying to tell you something that "thinking" can't solve.
Whether you’re stuck in an anxious-avoidant loop or find yourself overthinking every text, tone, and silence, your nervous system is likely stuck in a survival state. This is why you might feel detached from your body when conflict arises or why you fall into a fawn response by abandoning your own needs to keep the peace.
We go beyond traditional talk therapy to address the somatic roots of your anxious attachment. By combining nervous system regulation with attachment-focused therapy, we untangle the trauma of over-functioning.
Together, we work to move your body from a state of "high alert" to a place of felt security, grounded presence, and shame-free intimacy.
Imagine this for a moment…
Feeling grounded and present in your own skin instead of living in your head.
Navigating relationship triggers without immediately falling into a fawn response.
Breaking the cycle of anxious-avoidant patterns and "chasing the spark."
Setting boundaries that feel clear and protective, not cold or guilt-inducing.
Experiencing intimacy that feels steady, secure, and entirely shame-free.
Unmasking safely and building self-esteem rooted in your identity, not your performance.
Waking up without the "emotional hangover" or resentment for over-functioning for everyone else..

Attachment-focused, relational therapy for adults navigating connection, identity, and intimacy.
We Might Be a Good Fit If …
You feel stuck in repeating relationship anxiety or anxious avoidant dating patterns.
You tend to chase the intensity of a "spark" but crave something steadier and more secure.
You identify as a chronic people-pleaser or "over-functioner" who is tired of carrying the emotional weight for everyone else.
You identify as queer, trans, polyamorous, or kink-aware and want an affirming therapist who truly honors your identity.
You struggle with people-pleasing, over-functioning, or setting firm boundaries in your relationships.
You are neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, etc.) and want a neuro-affirming space that works with your brain, not against it.
You want to explore sexual intimacy, desire, or communication through a shame-free, sex-positive lens.
You identify as an adult child of emotionally immature parents and want to heal the somatic roots of your CPTSD.
You live in your head and feel detached from your body, ready for a somatic and relational approach to healing
You are ready to build more secure, fulfilling connections with yourself and others through a somatic and relational approach.
If any of this resonates, we can explore what’s underneath these patterns and what healing could look like together.
Hi, I’m Victoria (she/her).
Victoria Zawitkowski, MSW, LSW | Fort Collins, CO | # LSW.0009927090I am a Licensed Social Worker and yoga instructor in Colorado who specializes in moving from over-thinking to felt security. As a recovering people-pleaser, burnout survivor, and former somatic skeptic, I know exactly what it’s like to live entirely in your head while your body is trying to tell you something else.
I spent four years as a sexuality educator before moving into clinical psychotherapy, and I bring that intimacy-informed, shame-free care into everything I do. My work is about untangling the "shoulds" so you can find the connection—the pleasure—you actually deserve. I believe that healing begins when we finally feel safe enough to tell the truth, and I’m here to provide a space where you can do exactly that.
