You’re the one everyone leans on—the helper, the caretaker, the one who keeps the peace.
Maybe you’re:
The Anxious Architect: You’re stuck in "anxiety loops" or anxious-avoidant patterns, often chasing the intensity of a "spark" while your body craves a steadier, more secure connection. You’re tired of living in your head and are ready for a somatic approach that helps you feel safe in your own skin.
The Burdened Peacekeeper As the "internalizer" or adult child of emotionally immature parents, you’ve become the chronic over-functioner who carries the emotional weight for everyone else. You’re exhausted from smoothing things over and are ready to heal the roots of your relationship issues.
The Script-Shifter: You’re done performing "scripts" that weren't written for you—whether that’s neurotypical masking, heteronormative expectations, or sexual shame. You want a neuro-affirming, queer-safe space to unlearn those patterns and finally live as your authentic self.
But while you’re smoothing things over for everyone else, you’re drowning in anxiety loops and the invisible weight of emotional labor. You’ve become an expert at identifying everyone’s needs but your own.
It is possible to move beyond the exhaustion of over-functioning and cultivate a life of grounded security and radical authenticity, where being your true self finally feels safe.
Hi, I’m Victoria (she/her).
Victoria Zawitkowski, MSW, LSW | Fort Collins, CO | # LSW.0009927090I am a Licensed Social Worker and yoga instructor in Colorado who specializes in moving from over-thinking to felt security. As a recovering people-pleaser, burnout survivor, and former somatic skeptic, I know exactly what it’s like to live entirely in your head while your body is trying to tell you something else.
I spent four years as a sexuality educator before moving into clinical psychotherapy, and I bring that intimacy-informed, shame-free care into everything I do. My work is about untangling the "shoulds" so you can find the connection—the pleasure—you actually deserve. I believe that healing begins when we finally feel safe enough to tell the truth, and I’m here to provide a space where you can do exactly that.
